Video is paused when moved acrossed divs using appendChild

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Please, run this plunkr: https://plnkr.co/edit/jPeOU019cTnRY2rSEx8l And click on "move it" button. The video is appended on the target div but it remains paused. What is the expected behavior? The video gets moved to the target container but in "pause" mode. If it gets paused before applying the "move" operation, it should be resumed once the operation is finished. What went wrong? The video is paused once the operation is finished. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 57.0.2987.98 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I understand the video can be paused before applying the appendChild operation (for performance reasons) but it should recover from that state once the operation is finished.

This is defined just above https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/embedded-content.html#seeking, starting with "When a media element is removed from a Document". Blink doesn't do what the spec suggests but instead paused directly. This is the same bug as described in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=382879#c14 Fixing this would be fairly straightforward, and I'd be happy to review a fix.
