Issue descriptionChrome Version: ersion 59.0.3054.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) OS: 9409.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peppy What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Login in to a user account (2) Launch Chrome window and try to resize the window (3) Veridy What is the expected result? No border should be seen around the browser window What happens instead? Please check the attached screenshot. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Not seen on M57 [9202.60.0/57.0.2987.137] & M58 [9334.20.0/58.0.3029.36] Please find the attached screenshots to notice the behavior difference.

Geetha, could you clarify if you are resizing from the upper left corner of the window by way of the mouse? I suspect what is being shown in the resizeshadow, which is expected. The resizeshadow was broke for a while and then I fixed it here https://codereview.chromium.org/1845283005 .

I will mark this as WontFix for now. This seems to be working as intended.

sky@, the border around the browser window when we try to resize is darker when compared to M58 & M57 builds. Please find the attached screen shots in # 2. The same behavior is seen when tried to re-size the window from all the sides [top upper left, top upper right, bottom right & bottom left].

I suspect the darkness is a result of md changes. Possibly 702856. +estade
