Virtual keyboard is not shown after logout on login screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Login
(2) Convert to the tablet mode and logout.
(3) Tap the password field.

What is the expected result?
Virtual keyboard is shown.

What happens instead?
Virtual keyboard is not shown.
