Two devices on nexus5 perf bot has not had a successful run in a long time |

Issue descriptionEach run has all tests either red or purple (which indicates we could do a better job of catching infra issues mid telemetry run since they are red because the device disappears). Our current run is 5313. At least one of them was completely offline. Going to re-flash both of these, and swap out cables at the same time.

It looks like those two are back in working order but now 03849495003bfd06 is having problems.

Disregard, it looks online for the current run. I'll check on that later and close this is everything is in working order.
