Issue descriptionThe component updater is the client side part, which downloads the component. Follow the instructions on https://g3doc.corp.google.com/company/teams/chrome/component_updater.md#client-side-setup to: 1. Implement a new ComponentInstallerTraits (https://cs.corp.google.com/clankium/src/components/component_updater/default_component_installer.h?rcl=0&l=36) 2. Register it with a new DefaultComponentInstaller (https://cs.corp.google.com/clankium/src/components/component_updater/default_component_installer.h?rcl=0&l=107) 3. Hook it into the VR code.
