Non-indexed apps from CWS are not appearing in Recommended Apps and Extensions |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.110 Stable Channel All platforms. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) in Chrome Admin console ho to Device Management -> Chrome Management -> User Settings. In 'Chrome Web Store' for 'Chrome Web Store Homepage' choose 'use for domain.com collection'. (2) In "for domain.com collection' choose anything, in 'Recommended Apps and Extensions click on 'Manage'. Click on 'Chrome Web Store', paste nonjkcacgmclbpllindoamlonlpllcgm click "Add" to add PixelMon extension, paste fckonodhlfjlkndmedanenhgdnbopbmh Click 'Add' to add WalkMe Extension. (3) After 24 hours log in on any client device. Go to https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/for_your_domain What is the expected result? Applications are listed as recommended in 'For domain.com'. What happens instead? Applications are not listed. It happens to any application, which is not indexed (not searchable by application name in CWS). Applications are free, compatible with device. No issues with indexed application. No issues with non-indexed apps in 'force-install' apps.
