Crash on Cookie Clicker webpage

Reported by deciusma...@gmail.com, Mar 28 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://orteil.dashnet.org/cookieclicker/
2. Click on "Options", "Import save", paste the save data below, and then click "Load".
3. Wait for anywhere between a matter of minutes to hours. A crash should occur in just the tab; however, I have noticed small freezes and delays from other tabs the more memory the page takes up.

What is the expected behavior?
Prior to Chromium 57, this page's memory usage was never an issues and it never crashed. Additionally, Firefox never runs out of memory with this page, nor does it seem to increase in memory significantly.

What went wrong?
I get an "Aw, Snap!" error with something about running out of memory.

Crashed report ID: No

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A

Did this work before? Yes 56

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 25.0.0.127 C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\pepflashplayer64_25_0_0_127.dll

I am using the Chromium 57.0.2987.110 build without sync, WebRTC, or Widevine from http://chromium.woolyss.com/. As far as I can tell, although I think I have Flash installed, Flash isn't used on this page.

The video show you setting up the issue. How long have you waited for a crash?

chrome://crashes reports that crash reporting is off and I don't know how to turn them on in this build of Chromium.

I've been running this web page for 24-hours on a new profile and, while Chromium has yet to run out of memory, it's currently at ~573,000K and very slowly climbing.

I have another machine running a different save with Chromium 56.0.2924.87 64-bit with the same extensions and it's been running alright for days with memory consumption ~87,000K.
