Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Download below video(added in next comment) and in google drive
(2)start playing video from google drive
(3)Observe video poster always appearing while playing video

Expected Result:
No video poster overlap while playing video playback
Actual Result:
As showin in feedback report scrrenshot, video poster is observed while playing video
