Steps to reproduce:
(1) Browse some websites from Google Chrome in Android.
(2) Delete History & close the application
(3) Get back into the application, you'll find that homepage still has the history that been deleted. Or just try to click phone's back button. you'll get back into what you're deleted.

Expected result: That every single website in the history deleted forever! when I delete it.


Actual result: I found it could be happened to restore user history, and I think it's a bug .. and I actually try that thing in other devices to make sure it's a real thing.

It's maybe a feature in your application that user can restored its previous visits, But now it's affected the normal user that needs to get his history deleted!
