Installation of apps become slow

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Please provide more details about installation slowness.  Network performance will affect app download speed, that is not related to webview.  Please provide the following info:
