AudioProcessing module works exclusively in mono in Chromium.

Project Member Reported by ehmaldonado@chromium.org, Mar 28 2017

Issue description

This bug spun from https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=596182

In MediaStreamAudioProcessor::InitializeCaptureFifo, if the MSAudioProcessor has |audio_processing_|, then the output format of the processor is forced to be mono, since
|kAudioProcessingNumberOfChannels| = 1.

It seems, however, that AudioProcessing should support multiple channels and we would only need to test it properly.

Supporting multi-channel audio processing (that is, noise suppression, gain control, and echo cancellation) is far from trivial. This will require lots of development efforts, and is currently not in the pipeline.
