Make showcase alerter work with dispatcher

Since the dispatcher design change, we won't be using Command handlers anymore. For this reason the showcase alerter should be modified in order to support the dispatcher protocols instead, this at least means that the alerter can conform to one or more protocols.

Not sure I understand -- ProtocolAlerter works with any protocol, and the dispatcher protocols don't have any special features that would preclude using them. Is something specific happening that shouldn't be?

My bad, sent that quickly before leaving yesterday so you could take a look at it. I just saw that the alerter inits with an Array of protocols, closing the issue and updating the bug.
