Crash debugging any webpage with a tag type button in Google Chrome Versión 59.0.3053.3 (Build oficial) canary (64 bits)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1- I access the address: 
data:text/html,<input type="button" value="Crash"/>
2- Right click on element button -> To Inspect
3- Edit as HTML
4- add onclick="debugger"
5- click the button
6- crash

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Other considerations:

1- Access to: data:text/html,
2- Right click on document -> To Inspect
3- Edit as HTML
4- add onclick="debugger" on <body> element
5- click on the page
6- crash

Also occurs with events:
onfocus, onmouseup, onmusedown

Issue seems similar to the  bug 705963 .Hence merging this into 705963.
