Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Give a flex item a min-height and space-between aligned

What is the expected behavior?
The last items should display at the bottom of the container

What went wrong?
The container resizes with the space before and after the last item, stretching beyond the required min-height. If you set a fixed height this doesn't occur.

Works correctly in Safari and Firefox.
