Printing Page with hiding certian parts, scroll user to the top of the page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Scroll to the bottom and trigger print on clicking the print buton (custom button with onclik -> window.print
2. you will see the print window open and user is scrolled to the top of the page
3. Expected behaviour is user should stay on the same scroll position even after closing the print window

What is the expected behavior?
Expected behaviour is user should stay on the same scroll position even after closing the print window

What went wrong?
Having the print media css which is hiding some part of the file which is changing the height in print medium. so browser is scrolling to the top even after print window is closed

Scroll position is maintained as long as the layout of the page is maintained, by using the media query to hide all content you are side-stepping that logic as the scroll position is based on the elements in the viewport, not the offset from the top.
Here screen and print is completely different medium. How we expect one medium affect other... this is not happening on firefox? ... we are having multiple articles on single page and want to print only the current article where the user clicked by hiding all other article...btw we opened new tab with current article in top.
