Regression: Grey selection is seen instead of blue after tap/touch on any process in task manager

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3054.0 (Official Build) dcd658078eb85cce9219179d89be4df627d9d3a3-refs/heads/master@{#459950} -32/64 bit OS: Windows 10 (Touch device) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and open task manager using 'Shift+Esc' keys 2. Now tap/touch on any process and observe Actual: Grey selection is seen instead of blue after tap/touch on any process in task manager Expected: Blue selection should be seen after after tap/touch on any process in task manager This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 59’ and below is bisect info: Good build:59.0.3053.0 Bad build: 59.0.3054.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/5f5b9df55357e7d065bc4ecbfda8793840c18880..2a2a1f9d36c51c3a4762cd7ddaf9d4a2d142ca24?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r459825 ? Please help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for issue. Note: This is touch device specific issue, same works fine via mouse click
