Bugs like http://crbug.com/705466 happened again and again. They broke VDA unittest only on ChromeOS. VDA unittest do not run on ChromeOS bot in Chrome CQ. The offending CL gets merged and after a few days chrome uprev on ChromeOS. We have to spend time debugging and bisecting. After the fix is merged in chrome, we need to wait another several days for chrome uprev.
