Audio not curtained on Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable curtain mode on a Windows host (https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/2799701?hl=en&vid=0-997005345517-1490645650995).
(2) Connect.
(3) Play audio (I used a YouTube video)

What is the expected result?
Audio plays locally but not remotely.

What happens instead?
Audio plays both locally and remotely.
