Chrome Caches js/css files even when web server setting is set to 'no-cache , no-store'

Issue description
Chrome Version : 57.0.2987.110
OS Version: 10.0

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5:
Firefox 4.x:
IE 7/8/9:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure web server(say apache tomcat) headers setting 'no cache,no store'
2.Load the js/css file from server in chrome
3.now modify/replace the js content. reload again. Find the old js in the response.
What is the expected result?
When the content in server resource is changed the browser cache should not function and new source should be downloaded from server
What happens instead of that?
Old source is retained instead of modified source

possible.

I hope you mean "no-cache,no-store"? i.e., a dash is needed, per spec.
