Steps to reproduce the problem:
2. Tap on Billing and Payment on overview page, user is landed on B&P page
3. Tap on Reports CTA, user is landed to reports page.
4. Start/ON talkback from device settings, talkback is ON
5. Single tap on any of the tabs to select it
6. Double tap on any of the tabs to expand them, section is expanded

What is the expected behavior?

Expected Result:
'XYZ Tab expanded' should be read

What went wrong?

Actual Result:
Does not read 'XYZ Tab expanded' when a tab is double clicked to expand
