Support faster undo in swipe-typing suggestions

Project Member Reported by rolfe@chromium.org, Mar 27 2017

Issue description

A swipe-typed phrase in the omnibox can be deleted with a single delete tap in other 1p apps. In Chrome you can either delete the whole string (x) or individual characters. We could look into delete removing any entire suggested word created by swipe typing in one go.

If UX is needed, see maxwalker@ as omnibox contact

AGSA actually does what we do as well. If we enable suggestions in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=705620, will we get this behavior for free?

emailed our google keyboard contact and keeping as available.
On Android, editor (Chrome/WebView) cannot distinguish among typed text / swipe-typed text / suggested-and-selected text. Since there isn't much we can do on the Chrome's end, I think this is entirely keyboard's own behavior and issue.
