PDF pinch zoom: Zoom out then in during the same gesture leads to incorrect position of PDF content

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) With a touchscreen, open a PDF (e.g. http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf )
(2) Starting with the PDF content width greater than the width of the viewer, pinch zoom out until the PDF width is less than the viewer's
(3) In the same gesture, start to zoom in

What is the expected result?
The position of the PDF content should be correct.

What happens instead?
The position of the PDF content is incorrect during the zoom in and is only corrected upon the end of the pinch gesture.

PDF Viewer pinch zoom: Update state for zoom in following a zoom out.

If we pinch zoom out, we need to update the state we use to calculate
the translation of the PDF content if we proceed to zoom in during
the same gesture.
