Page stops rendering after back/forward navigation |

Issue descriptionPage stops rendering after back/forward navigation. Reproduction steps: 1. open the attached page; 2. click the link on the top of the page, or duplicate the tab via context menu; 3. go to chrome://version and then press Back. If the page is rendering normally, go forward and then back again; sometimes the bug reproduces right away, sometimes 5-10 retries are needed. What happens: you get completely blank tab. It still does handle input, e.g. link clicks. Expected: pages are rendered :) The bug happens when the renderer submits a frame right before navigation commit. The swap ACK gets lost, and if this RenderWidget is reused, it draws nothing because it still waits for the ACK. A fix is in progress.
