I think there is an issue with DPI scaling. I am using Windows 10 with Scaling to 200% in the Display settings.

Using that extension that I made [1], I get an image which is cropped to the top-left quarter of what it should be.

Steps :
- Using Chrome 57.0.2987.98
- Install unpackaged extension from [1]
- Launch it
- Click "Open" then "Run"
- Open any browser to http://localhost:8887/video

The DPI scalling bug also affects Atom Electron: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/8314
