I'm requesting a new template to support the Chrome UX team do image asset audits and help file appropriate bugs from go/chrome-assets (internal Chrome assets viewer).

This is for all platforms.

1] Component Name: Image assets

2] Parent Component (e.g. Blink, UI>Browser, etc...): UI

3] Description of Component: Problems with image assets. Whether they are out of date, need updating etc. 

4] Admin/ Owner: edwardjung@chromium.org

5] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the component
(i.e. what team will do it and how frequently).

Assets are currently being flagged in go/chrome-assets. We want to link directly to CR bug with the asset names that need attention. Bugs filed will be assigned to Front end UI eng representatives for each platform.
