Problem with downloading pictures

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3047.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Drag and drop any picture on the PC
2. Automatic saving with the name Download

What is the expected behavior?
Images were previously saved with unique names

What went wrong?
In a stable version it works fine

Did this work before? Yes 57.0.2987.110

Chrome version: 59.0.3047.4  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Win-10 and Win-7 using latest canary #59.0.3062.0. When dragged and dropped any picture on the PC the picture got saved with the name "Download".

But when checked in the prev. chrome stable #57.0.2987.110, the picture got saved with the name "Search". When tried dragging and dropping another picture on the PC, a pop up box appeared with options "Copy and Replace" and "Don't copy". This behavior is same till M30 builds.

Attached two screen casts for reference.

sorokin.alexander.tver@ - Could you please provide a screen cast explaining the expected behavior. This will be more helpful in triaging the issue further.
