Problem with displaying information

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3047.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-hangouts/nckgahadagoaajjgafhacjanaoiihapd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon
2. Click on G+1
3. The "Share" button is not displayed
4. 

What is the expected behavior?

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest Dev #59.0.3071.15 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the share dialog box is displayed as expected while clicking on G+1. 

sorokin.alexander.tver@ Are you able to reproduce this issue in incognito mode as well? If yes, please check the same using different google account and kindly update the latest behavior.
