What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to User>> launch Browser>> go to any page which is having Scroll bar>> now open Uber tray >> and try to click up and down arrows>> and observe

Expected: The page behind the Uber tray should not be seen scrolled on clicking Up and Down arrows as Uber tray enabled 
Actual: Instead the page behind the Uber tray is seen scrolling on clicking Up and Down arrows

This is a Regression issue as issue not seen in M55
