Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3051.3 OS: Windows , Mac & Ubuntu What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome (2)Click on new tab (3)Click on 'Apps' icon (Top left foremost icon ) ( or) Type "chrome://apps/" (4)Click on 'Webstore' icon (5)Enter any one letter (Ex: s )in the search box & observe all the suggestions list of the entered letters are displayed in the drop down list (6)Now try to scroll down the drop down list (7) Observe Drop down list box itself moving down What is the expected result? Drop down list box should stick to the search field & user should be able to select any item from the list box. What happens instead? Drop down list box itself scrolled down when user scrolls the page after entering letter in webstore 'search' field. Note: 1.Issue observed from M30 builds. Hence marking it as 'Untriaged'.Not sure about the exact component,hence adding webstore & blink.Please remove if not applicable. Thanks!!

caon@, Attched video shows bad behaviour. Unable to find good behaviour as issue observed from M30.Please try to follow the same steps which are mentioned in comment#0 to reproduce the issue. Thank you!!
