PostScript files cannot be viewed

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 9000.91.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.110 Safari/537.36
Platform: 9000.91.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a PostScript file.
2. Try to open the PostScript file.
3. "This file type is not supported."

What is the expected behavior?
PostScript files are expected to be rendered and displayed with the native document viewer of Chrome OS.

What went wrong?
Chrome OS pops up an error message saying "This file type is not supported."

Did this work before? No

OS Version: 9000.91.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

<files-triage> Possibly this is solved by a chrome extension that can view postscript files and the files app will launch app in browser.

If it's not supported by chrome there's not much we can do. Will need an extension to view it.
