Chrome crashes after tapping on green padlock in URL omnibox

Device: Samsung Galaxy S3(GTI9300)

Steps:
Launch Chrome.
Google search anything (ex.hi)> Tap on green padlock icon in URL omnibox.
Observe.

Observed behavior: 
Chrome crashes

Expected behavior: 
Chrome should never crash

I can verify that this crashes in the release build.

That CL is almost certainly the culprit, but I didn't have trouble in a debug build. Looking into it.

Please note that this is blocking our M59 Dev push, so it will need to be fixed today.  Can the CL be reverted?

I would prefer to avoid reverting the CL if the fix is not large, since that would otherwise cause a bunch of rebasing for me. And if the issue is really only in the release build (and not debug), then I might not have a better chance of fixing it until relanding.

Could you give me 3 hours to investigate?

I think the fix is straightforward: replace WebsiteSettingsPopup with PageInfoPopup.

Fix class reference in page_info.xml

BUG= 705355 
TEST=Visit https://google.com, click the lock icon in the URL bar, and check that the Page Info popup appears (it contains a heading stating "Secure connection").
