Causes stock email herky jerky on keyboard entry

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:Galaxy Note 4
Android version:6.0.1
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):
Application:
Application version:58.0.3029.33

URLs (if applicable):



Steps to reproduce:
(1)enter data in email app using Samsung keyboard
(2)import image into email app page

(3)enter data using keyboard 

Expected result:Herky jerky movement of email page . Does not scroll correctly. Cannot enter characters

Hello

Thanks for reporting the issue. We could not repro this issue on Galaxy Note5/MMB29K, Galaxy Note4/LMY47X with webview: 58.0.3029.33 & 58.0.3029.83 on OEM email. 
Can you please test with the latest webview version available on the play store and let us know if the issue still reproduces? Also, please provide a video for the issue, if possible, along with logcat/bugreport.

To get bugreport:
Android Settings > About Phone > Tap Build number 10 times, go back one screen, Developer options should be right above About phone.
Once you have enabled developer options,  to take a bug report,go to Android Settings -> Developer Options ->Enable USB Debugging and then tap on Take bug report

Solved. The herky, jerky motion is no longer an issue. The app now works
fine.
