Keyboard shortcut to duplicate tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
There's nothing to reproduce. The feature doesn't exist.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

You can hack around it by copying the URL manually and opening a new tab, but then you lose history and the tab does not open in the correct position in the tab list.
