Settings Zoom change is not applied when leave Settings

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.slashdot.org Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit any web page. 2. Realise text is too small. Change it in Settings to Zoom to 120%. Exit Settings. 3. Notice that the page has not been Zoomed. 4. Refresh the page. See that the zoom is now working. What is the expected behavior? Page Zoom should be applied as soon as exit Settings. What went wrong? Zoom was not applied, page was same text size. So user has no idea if they didn't choose a large enough zoom. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:

Tested in chrome # 57.0.2987.110 and Canary #59.0.3055.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. Thank you for looking to this. I've attached a video, shows how Zoom is not applied to all tabs, odd behaviour.
