everything is downloaded as .msi extension

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install the cleanup google chrome extension
2. i started to face this issue
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
it should download the files as it is they are. instead of .MSI extension

What went wrong?
it should download the files as it is they are. instead of .MSI extension

OS Version: 10.0

The text "Downloaded by Downpours" suggests that it's likely this behavior is caused by a Chrome browser extension. I was unsuccessful in finding this extension in the Chrome web store. 

If you navigate to the address

  chrome://extensions/

Do you see the extension listed? If you disable it, does the problem go away?
