Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome: 56.0.2924.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS:Linux URL : https://mrmbd.github.io/chrome-bug.html Behavior in Firefox v51.0.1: Doesn't produce the problem. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Go to the given URL(https://mrmbd.github.io/chrome-bug.html). (2)Click on the Download button.(manually save option should be enabled) (3)Allow multiple downloads. (4)Cancel all the download windows which have opened. (5)Now chrome should have freezed no click works on webpage, the only option is to relaunch chrome. *You don't even have to allow multiple downloads, you just have to cancel at-least two multiple downloads opened at once i.e. even if you click on two download links and both the download's save as window open at once and then you cancel them both, this bug will work.

shivanisha@chromium.org: I wasn't able to save the net internal logs as after reproducing the problem as mouse click or keys stop working on chrome, So I had to use javascript to do the job for me. Anyway here's the file you requested. Hope it helps. Thanks.
