Issue descriptionExample: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf/builders/Mac%20Mini%208GB%2010.12%20Perf/builds/1415 This bot doesn't have a battor, but it's failing all the battor benchmarks, and media.chromeos4konly.tough_video_cases which only runs on CrOS, and blink_perf.xml_http_request which isn't enabled on any bots. Logs contain a line: WARNING:root:collect_cmd had non-zero return code: 17 https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chrome%2Fbb%2Fchromium.perf%2FMac_Mini_8GB_10.12_Perf%2F1415%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fblink_perf.blink_gc_on_Intel_GPU_on_Mac_on_Mac-10.12%2F0%2Fstdout I see this in https://codereview.chromium.org/2749633004/diff/80001/telemetry/telemetry/internal/story_runner.py. I'm going to revert this CL. I happened to see this over the weekend, so I'm going to revert the CL so the tree is greener on Monday. I'm cc-ing the CL author and Monday's bot health sheriff, but PLEASE NO NEED TO WORK OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS.
