After refresh, localStorage disappears from dev tools.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3051.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://teslablog.pl 2. Look at localStorage 3. Refresh page What is the expected behavior? Persistent access to localStorage after refresh. What went wrong? After refresh, localStorage disappears from dev tools. Still, has data but I can't access if from Chrome. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3051.3 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.12.3 Flash Version: Version 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit) and Version 59.0.3051.3 canary (64-bit) too.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.3,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome stable version-57.0.2987.110,Canary-59.0.3054.0 and reported version-59.0.3051.3. Manual Bisect: Good-57.0.2976.0—Revision-442165 Bad—57.0.2977.0—Revision-442447 Per revision-Bisect Tool Info: You are probably looking for a change made after 442425 (known good), but no later than 442426 (first known bad).
