cannot download more than 1 file into Excel

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go into a job folder, click on a file 2. download into Excel 3. click on 2nd file. nothing. What is the expected behavior? have been downloading 2 files at a time so that I can view the horizontally and compare data What went wrong? 1 file downloads,then the other won't. Did this work before? Yes windows 10 Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:
