Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a 3200x1800 resolution screen, with xrandr --dpi 276 2. google-chrome-stable --force-device-scale-factor=1.9 3. Click the top of tabs to switch tabs (works as expected) 4. Close Chrome 5. google-chrome-stable --force-device-scale-factor=2 6. Click the top of tabs, and nothing happens What is the expected behavior? Clicking the top of the tabs should switch tabs. What went wrong? Moving mouse to the topmost edge of my screen and clicking on tabs does not allow me to switch between tabs. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: Arch Flash Version: I can also reproduce the issue by changing my dpi. xrandr --dpi 180 works as expected. Once I increase dpi more, however, the problem occurs.

The problem I'm seeing is that clicking just the very top (1 pixel or so) of the tab doesn't work. Clicking the middle of the tab still switches tabs. I've tried to demonstrate this in the attachment. I'm on Arch using XMonad as my window manager (using the default Full layout) with a screen resolution of 3200x1800. Maybe some part of my setup is not full screening the window, though I'm not convinced because a similar action in another application (Firefox) works.
