Chrome download task resume,cancel unavailable

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Please indicate chrome version, device model, and Android version.  Please provide link to page where you're downloading from.

bngsulya@gmail.com - can you also verify whether you are downloading the file from Chrome itself and whether Chrome notifications are turned on. If the answer to both of those is yes, can you please check to see if you can pull down on the notification and expose the pause/resume buttons.
