The virtual keyboard is showing hidden (accessibility) text on keyboard keys.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Launch virtual keyboard and place the cursor in input field.

What is the expected behavior?
The hidden (accessibility) text should not be displayed on Virtual keyboard keys. 

What went wrong?
The Virtual keyboard is showing hidden (accessibility) text on keyboard keys.

Did this work before? Yes 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)

Chrome version: 58.0.3029.33 beta(64-bit)   Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Tested on windows 7 using chrome beta M58 #58.0.3029.33 and followed steps :

1. launched chrome and launched on screen keyboard / virtual keyboard and clicked on input field in browser . Didnt observe any issue in keyboard.

Attached screencast for reference.

@satya386-- Could you please check attached screencast and please confirm us if we have missed any steps in reproducing the issue and also please provide us a screencast to reproduce the issue .

Thank you.  This issue NOT reproduced with new beta update #58.0.3029.41.
