I'm the other person who reported this. I was also running 59.0.3050.4. In my case the problem went away when I restarted my phone.

I just tried this locally on a device, and it looks like PlzNavigate is to blame. I'll roll back the Android experiment.

Looks like with PlzNavigate, the UA string doesn't have Mobile on it. This is confusing since the code looks like it should be adding it.
