Where do I get the list of all masters or just Chromium masters?

Found a list of masters in https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/infradata/hosts/+/master/mastermap.md, but I am not sure how safe it is to restart ALL masters. In particular, according to https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/infra/infra_internal/+/master/doc/troopers/playbook.md#Restarting-official_masters, official.* masters require an approval from chrome-pmo@.
