Ellipsis wraps to next line when waiting for the TPM value to be computed

Go through OOBE
Click on the security setting link

The first time you do this, it has to compute the TPM value and it looks like the ... doesn't wrap correctly.

I would close this as WontFix, because this text depends on translation, and I don't see any easy way to make it wrap better in any portable way.

We'll rebuild this UI completely later.
