atest server list 'Attributes' should be deleted

atest server list shows assorted 'Attributes' for various servers, but they are not set consistently or correctly, especially boards.

According to shuqianz, the board attributes aren't used, and "atest shard list" holds the definitive information.

If they aren't used, they shouldn't exist.

If they need to exist, we should force them to be current.

Notes: Master list will always be "atest shard list" so recommend getting rid of "atest server list builder attributes" as they can be out of date.

"Likely there is a bug that atest shard comment no longer updates server db attributes.

The attributes were correctly auto-updated after the lab was fixed. However, they were broken when the lab was broken, and caused confusion that slowed fixing it.
