PDF font rendering broken when Skia Path is turned on

Chrome Version:59.0.3050.1 (Official Build) canary SyzyASan (32-bit)
OS: Win10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open http://www.hp70000.com/manuals/71910A_Product_Note_02.pdf
(2) Fonts are horked

What is the expected result?
Font rendering shouldn't be horked. This works fine on beta.

What happens instead?
Font rendering is horked.

Chris sees the same thing on his Canary.

Siggi: Just to confirm, did you find it is broken in chrome OS as well? 
Thestig: I'm in weekend mode now, so go ahead. Can't be bisected on Linux though.

BTW, we did turn revert our experiment in r460160 so this bug no longer affects Canary. It does affect 59.0.3053.x dev channel.
