PDF font rendering broken when Skia Path is turned on |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:59.0.3050.1 (Official Build) canary SyzyASan (32-bit) OS: Win10 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open http://www.hp70000.com/manuals/71910A_Product_Note_02.pdf (2) Fonts are horked What is the expected result? Font rendering shouldn't be horked. This works fine on beta. What happens instead? Font rendering is horked. Chris sees the same thing on his Canary. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

BTW, we did turn revert our experiment in r460160 so this bug no longer affects Canary. It does affect 59.0.3053.x dev channel.
