Add "cit logdog" invocation in logdog viewer. |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionIf I want to save the contents of this page: https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chromium%2Fbb%2Ftryserver.chromium.angle%2Flinux_angle_rel_ng%2F4027%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fangle_end2end_tests_on_NVIDIA_GPU_on_Linux__with_patch__on_Ubuntu%2F0%2Fstdout# without the markup, it seems like the only option is select all and copy/paste. That's inconvenient and I question how well it will work with many megabytes of data. Can we get a "download" link at the top of the page?

That's good to know, but a link would still be nice to have. Can I live without it? Sure. But it's a step backwards from loading the log directly in the browser and being able to right click save.

Alright, we'll split this into 2 bugs 1. (short term) add the invocation at the top of the logdog viewer 2. (longer project) plaintext https endpoint for logs I'll repurpose this bug for #1. For #2 please follow along at 698429

"cit logdog cat" isn't working for me. I tried google and chromium accounts. "Access Denied: Project chrome-infra-logs: The user fjhenigman@google.com does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project chrome-infra-logs." Is there any documentation for this stuff?

Something is fundamentally wrong here. LogDog doesn't use "chrome-infra-logs" or BigQuery. Are you sure you're typing "cit logdog cat" and not "cit log"?
