Add "cit logdog" invocation in logdog viewer.

Project Member Reported by fjhenigman@chromium.org, Mar 24 2017

Issue description

If I want to save the contents of this page:
https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chromium%2Fbb%2Ftryserver.chromium.angle%2Flinux_angle_rel_ng%2F4027%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fangle_end2end_tests_on_NVIDIA_GPU_on_Linux__with_patch__on_Ubuntu%2F0%2Fstdout#

without the markup, it seems like the only option is select all and copy/paste. That's inconvenient and I question how well it will work with many megabytes of data.

Can we get a "download" link at the top of the page?

There's a little known tool that can download logs, for that log it would be:

cit logdog cat logdog://luci-logdog.appspot.com/chromium/bb/tryserver.chromium.angle/linux_angle_rel_ng/4027/+/recipes/steps/angle_end2end_tests_on_NVIDIA_GPU_on_Linux__with_patch__on_Ubuntu/0/stdout

If we posted that invocation on the header somewhere, do you think it would be sufficient for your use case?
That's good to know, but a link would still be nice to have.
Can I live without it? Sure. But it's a step backwards from loading the log directly in the browser and being able to right click save.

Summary: Add "cit logdog" invocation in logdog viewer. (was: no download link)
Alright, we'll split this into 2 bugs

1. (short term) add the invocation at the top of the logdog viewer
2. (longer project) plaintext https endpoint for logs

I'll repurpose this bug for #1. For #2 please follow along at 698429

"cit logdog cat" isn't working for me. I tried google and chromium accounts.

"Access Denied: Project chrome-infra-logs: The user fjhenigman@google.com does not have bigquery.jobs.create permission in project chrome-infra-logs."

Is there any documentation for this stuff?

Comment 6 by d...@chromium.org, Apr 8 2017

Something is fundamentally wrong here. LogDog doesn't use "chrome-infra-logs" or BigQuery. Are you sure you're typing "cit logdog cat" and not "cit log"?
that was it, thanks
