[DevTools] Feature Request: Select Multiple Nodes In Elements Panel

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3049.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Hold Shift (or some other key) while clicking nodes.

What is the expected behavior?
Each node is selected.

What went wrong?
Feature not available.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3049.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.3
Flash Version: 

Could be useful for:

* Adding styles to multiple nodes simultaneously
* Deleting nodes.

This sounds interesting but requires a lot of effort: we rely on a single selected DOMNode throughout the devtools. I don't think it worth it unless there are more usecases which add a lot of value.
