Regression: Weird traces of wallpaper is seen in camera app of swanky device.

Chrome Version:59.0.3049.0/9395.0.0 dev channel Swanky
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into chrome>> Open camera app and Observe at bottom of camera app

Expected: No such traces of wallpaper should be seen in camera app.
Actual: Instead weird traces of wallpaper is  seen.

This is regression issue as no such traces are seen in 57.0.2987.123/9202.56.1 stable channel swanky.

Note: Issue is not seen in same version 59.0.3049.0/9395.0.0 dev channel Samus and Zako.
